At Sahastraveda, we craft and deliver authentic Ayurvedic products and equipment with utmost care. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful to both you and our products.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:

Wrong item delivered

Damaged or defective product received

Manufacturing defect
To be eligible:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- We have a 2-day return policy
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Opened or used products

Products damaged due to customer mishandling

Customized or made-to-order products
3. Return Process

Contact us at support@sahastraveda.com or via WhatsApp with your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos (if applicable).

Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the return process.

Once we receive the returned product and verify it, we will process a replacement or refund as per your choice (subject to stock availability).The replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 days.
4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Sahastraveda will cover the return shipping cost.

For other eligible returns, customers will bear the return shipping charges.
5. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item passes our quality check.

The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Note: Sahastraveda reserves the right to refuse returns if the product does not meet the above conditions.
