1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship across India using trusted courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Metro cities: 3–5 working days

    • Other locations: 5–7 working days

    • Remote areas: 7–10 working days

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, standard shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order status anytime until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Damaged or Missing Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

6. International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Currently, we ship only within India.

  • International shipping will be introduced soon.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please provide complete and accurate delivery details.

  • Sahastraveda will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

  • Natural calamities, lockdowns, strikes, or courier delays may extend delivery times. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
